JOE MALLON “Pushin Daisy’s”

Joe Mallon has been making art in Monaghan for over fifty years. Having spent the last thirty years exploring the ceramic arts, this exhibition at the Garage Theatre looks back at the early art college years where he discovered clay and combined this medium with mixed media sculpture and painting. “Pushin Daisy’s” is a watercolour from 1977and is the springboard for new work looking at a time when one will be pushing daisy’s for real.
